Unfortunately, the managing director of the West Coast Office has ghosted me for the past 2 weeks. We have no hotel block and no flights booked. Prices are going up and availability is going down. If he was too busy, he could have transferred us over to a colleague. Our folks have already completed their travel profiles but we're now looking for a new agency and everyone will have to start from scratch. Unprofessional and annoying.
I have been working with First in Service for about 6 years now. First I used their corporate services at a financial firm that I worked for, and I was so blown away by their attention to detail that I have used the personally.
Most recently, FIS planned me and my boyfriend's New Years trip to Oman and Dubai. Juan planned every detail, from having the appropriate COVID protocol to ensuring the resorts matched all of our travel request.
