Sebastian was very courteous and knowledgeable about our pool. He had extra parts needed to complete my pool opening. My experience was very good with Fresh Blue pools, would definitely recommend.
One of the worst pool companies, if not the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the moment they arrived to change the sand in a filter, every step was unprofessional. They came to change the sand in the filter and when I requested a vacuum of the pool floor he fought tooth and nail to not do it and to come back another day, probably due to their lazy work ethic. Fast forward, the job they came to do was flawed. I've been blessed by them to have sand pumping into my pool for an entire week with 0 help from them, matter of fact they blame me for "not following instructions" which I did. I then sent photos and videos on multiple occasions throughout the week, in order to show what's going on, but they could care less and have ignored my messages on 3 different occasions. Can't say anything good about this company, just wanted to let people know to please stay far away from this company, as they're completely fine taking your money, not seeing the job the whole way through, and then ignoring you when they messed up.
Edit: Notice how you said you offered to come out and take care of it yourself. We spoke to you on Monday about the issue then I tried to request them to come Tuesday, no answer. Tried to request Friday, no answer. Tried to request Sunday, no answer. The beautiful part is you did reach out, 5 minutes after I posted this review, and suddenly you were able to make phone calls and send messages and said “unfortunately some of the texts slip through the cracks”. Weird how my issue suddenly became a priority when it was broadcasted online, rather than when I was reaching out to the company periodically through the week. It was nothing but an utmost failure with communication on the companies fault, with 0 attempt to resolve a customers issue. Will never use this company again, nor would I ever recommend anyone using it.
Such a professional company. They always answer the phone, text messages, and email. Very fair with their prices. From pool maintenance to winter covers, they are excellent across the board!
I been using FBP for 3 years now to open and weekly clean my in-ground pool. I couldn't be happier with the service. Noah, Sebastian and the team are extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They not only cleaned the pool but also replaced my filter and pump and always take the time to explain what they were doing and gave helpful tips and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Fresh Blue Pools!!
Best pool servicing company!
I was looking for a Father's Day gift for my husband last year that would take away some of his weekend responsibilities so he could enjoy the backyard and pool. I saw the Fresh Blue Pools truck on the road and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! Everyone is so friendly and polite. They were so great we used them again this season and will definitely be continuing for a long time to come. My pool has never looked better!
