In an industry where too many places upsell, exaggerate problems, or take advantage of customers who don’t know every detail about cars, Frontline Auto is the exact opposite. The owner’s approach is warm, caring, and genuinely customer-first. You can tell he takes pride in doing the right thing, and that attitude carries through the entire shop.
They know what they’re doing, and they’re not just trying to “get you out the door.” They take the time to explain what’s going on, give you real options, and help you in every way possible — whether that’s prioritizing what needs to be done now vs. later, walking you through costs, or making sure the repair is done correctly the first time.
