I am extremely satisfied and happy with the team here at Gotham City Collision. Everyone was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. My car was repaired very professionally and on top of that, my car was washed thoroughly inside and outside and also was charged fully. My car was without hope. It was destroyed and I thought they were going to declare it total loss. Not only did these guys have great prices, but they they made the car brand new. They took time to pay attention to detail and they texted me every step of the way to let me know what the updates were. They picked up the phone and did not play games, ZERO shady business. If you want to deal with a place that does not scam, have shady business practice and they have clear communication this place is it! 5 out of 5 stars. Jason and Val are excellent. Juan and his team are 5 stars for the amazing and personal service they provide ON TOP of the highest quality work you would expect from them as experts in the auto body and collision field. They repaired and repainted my front hood after a minor collision, paint matching my 2012 IS F perfectly. I went back again for a window repair and Juan did it complimentary. I was floored. Im very satisfied with the customer service and the attention to detail of this body shop. I was devastated when my car sustained damage from an accident, and they were able to make it brand new again! They also did a fantastic job painting and installing a spoiler for my car. If I'm ever in an accident or want more modifications to be installed, I know where im heading to.
