Convenient, timely (even during the holidays), efficient, quality, and with a genuine personalized touch - when it comes to technology of the product and now, I've pleasantly learned, service. Recommend.
I stopped by the neighborhood location without an appointment. The technician could not have been better. He fixed my hearing aid on the spot without any excessive or exceptional charge. I will definitely consider him when it's time to replace and upgrade my hearing aids.
I was really upset and worried after failing my hearing test, but then I sat down with a guy named Elijah who completely turned my day around. He helped me find the exact hearing aid that fits me perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Most importantly, he cheered me up when I really needed it. He even worked hard to get them covered through my insurance benefits. I just want to say a big thank you to Elijah for everything he’s done — you truly made a difference.
I live in the neighborhood of HearUSA so it was very convenient… The young lady at the front desk was a pleasure… The young man that took care of me was Superb… He took the time to explain everything so well, he answered every question meticulously, he explained the audio test he had just given me down to where anyone could understand, It’s been only two days that I have my hearing aids so I can’t tell you yet how pleased I am with them but so far so good I’m not saying to everyone that I’m speaking to ….what! what!😊 and that’s a good thing!
Elijah (the service representative who handled my issue of a dead transmitter in one of my hearing aids) was outstanding in every respect. Knowledgeable, articulate, friendly and totally professional (with an excellent sense of humor), he replaced the transmitter immediately and gave me a thorough hearing exam as well. I could not have asked for better service and I will certainly be sticking with this HearUSA office in the East Village of Manhattan.
