GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Infinity Animations is a scam. Wish I could give lower than 1 star.
They delivered a few poorly made images, then completely disappeared. They missed every scheduled call, and after weeks of no response, we were told our rep had passed away.
We’ve sent countless emails, made multiple phone calls, and scheduled several meetings that they never showed up for. They won't even answer their phone. No updates, no product, no refund.
We’ve never received what we paid for. Save yourself the time, stress, and money.
Avoid this company at all costs.
We hired Infinity Animations for two videos. After completing the first, we tried for weeks to get the final files. Our assigned rep completely ghosted us. Eventually, after escalating the situation, someone responded and told us the rep had been in a car accident and passed away. We were sympathetic, of course.
But now we’re on video number two, and the exact same thing is happening again. We’ve sent at least five emails over several weeks — no response, no update, no video. Just silence.
At this point, it’s clear this is not a one-off situation. It feels like a pattern of taking money and disappearing. Total scam behavior.
Do not fall for this company. I also suspect many of their positive reviews are fake or paid for. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
Working with Infinity Animations was an amazing experience. We asked them to create an animated video to promote a new service, and they delivered something truly outstanding. The design was clean, the animation flowed beautifully, and it perfectly communicated our message. The final video really helped our product stand out in a crowded market. I’m genuinely excited to see what they come up with for our next project!
