From start to finish working with Oz was the best moving experience we could've hoped for. Menas and his team were absolutely incredible, packing up all our belongings (a 1 bedroom with lots of storage and stuff) carefully, disassembling and reassembling our furniture, and working with our (difficult) NYC buildings to get our stuff moved out and into our new space. We used their packing and unpacking services which was incredible and worth every penny. All of our stuff was packed and unpacked within 24 hours and their team was so efficient and easy to work with. I would book them again in a heartbeat!

My girlfriend and I recently moved from a 5th-floor walk-up in Manhattan to our new apartment in Brooklyn, and Otter Moving NYC made the entire experience so much easier than I ever expected. The team packed everything, moved it carefully, and placed it exactly where we wanted it in our new home. We honestly didn't have to lift a finger. What impressed me the most was our heavy IKEA wooden bed. They disassembled it in Manhattan, transported it safely, and rebuilt it perfectly in Brooklyn without any issues. Beyond the move itself, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to be around. Moving in NYC can be stressful, especially with multiple flights of stairs, but they made the whole process feel smooth and worry-free. Dimitri and his whole crew were fantastic. We had a ton of stuff in a bigger one bedroom. They packed all our valuables and fragile items (we paid for full service). No issues at all.
