We recently hosted an industry conference at Jay Conference Center and had an outstanding experience from start to finish.
We rented the Babe Ruth Room, which was the perfect size for 140+ attendees in a classroom setup. The space was incredibly functional and thoughtfully designed — it included three private booths for attendees to take calls, four bathrooms, a speakers’ lounge, kitchen, and a reception area. Everything we needed was in one place, including audio/visual, microphones, and a stage, making it a seamless all-in-one setup.
A huge thank you to Miguel C. who was an exceptional host and always available for anything we needed throughout the event. Also, Daniela from the sales team made the entire booking process smooth and very accommodating, which is incredibly important as a small organization.
If you’re planning an event in NYC, I highly recommend Jay Suites, specifically the Babe Ruth room, just ask for Daniela and Miguel, they will take good care of you. Fantastic value, great service, and we will absolutely be back.
The team for being absolutely great and incredibly helpful in resolving some last-minute technical issues. Their efficiency saved the day!
The venue itself was fantastic and impeccably clean. The inclusion of coffee and drinks was a really nice touch that our attendees appreciated. Furthermore, the cleaning staff was super attentive, ensuring everything remained spotless throughout the event.

I recently hosted a corporate event at Jay Conference Suites, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We used the Babe Ruth Room, which was absolutely perfect, spacious, well-lit, and comfortable for all our attendees. The layout allowed for easy movement and interaction, which was ideal for our networking sessions.
Jay Conference also offers catering services, and I must say, the food was impressive. Not only did it taste great, but the presentation and setup were professional and visually appealing. It added a polished touch to the overall event atmosphere.

We hosted an event for our alumni at this space in July of 2025 and it was such a terrific space. It was fully accessible, and a great canvas to design in a way that made sense for us. The team -- Vanessa, Brianna, and Miguel were very detailed and timely in their communication, and have recommendations for nearby partners -- from catering, to florals and decorations, to equipment rental -- everything was smooth, seamless and led to a fantastic event. I highly recommend the Jay Conference/Suites spaces, and its services and staff.
