Joseph was the dispatcher and he was courteous and provided very prompt service during morning rush hour in Brooklyn on crappy rainy day. Originally they said 1.5 to 2hrs which considering the weather that was amiable. 30 minutes later Angel called to say he was on the way. 5 mins later he showed up and in under 5 more we were on the way. He was nice professional and fast.
All to say I highly recommend jet Jets Towing and will be telling all my friends and family too if they need a tow in Brooklyn

Jet towing service is excellent. I was happy that the driver came on time. He was respectful understanding and made me feel less stressful. Glad they use a flatbed. I recommend this towing company.
Always fast and efficient service. Dispatch staff makes the experience less stressful. As a woman I tend to be handled like a “little lady” when dealing with anything car related. Not at Jet’s. They always treat me with respect.
Prompt service and what I would call a talented driver, Kevin backed his massive flatbed tow truck into our driveway in one quick fast turn. Also a nice guy. Can't speak for pricing as this tow was arranged through Geico.
Prompt, efficient service the day after Christmas 😲! After a brief call with dispatch, I was given an ETA that was spot on, almost to the minute. The driver was, most importantly, kind, courteous, and competent. Not only did he have my SUV on the flatbed, chained down, and secured within 8 minutes, (yes, I timed him), he made sure I was securely belted in, and comfortable in the clean, and neat cab before we pulled off. When we reached the repair shop, even after my telling him it was okay to leave me, and the car in front, he patiently waited to verify I was safe before leaving. From dispatch, pickup, drop-off, and parting communication, Jets Towing was a well-oiled machine that I would use again, and highly recommend for any Towing services.
