I have been working with K9 Bookkeeping for almost a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. As a business owner, timely and accurate financial reports such as P&Ls, balance sheets, and income statements are crucial for making informed decisions. However, K9 has consistently struggled to deliver these reports on time and without errors.
Despite several attempts to resolve the issues through Zoom meetings and setting clear deadlines, the accuracy and timeliness of my financial statements did not improve. Additionally, maintaining a regular monthly meeting with my bookkeeper has proven to be difficult, with numerous missed appointments and delayed follow-ups.
While I appreciate the friendliness of some of the staff, professionalism and the ability to meet critical business needs are what matter most. Unfortunately, K9 fell short in that regard, which is why I can only give them two stars.
