Luis was an absolute pleasure sure to work with. He responded quickly when I called coming over that afternoon or the next day. He helped assess my issue which was a sink hole developing in my backyard due to a dry well not working properly. This rendered my backyard unusable as a play area, driveway or really anything. I am 100% confident that the work he did to solve this issue will alleviate my problem. And after he did such a great job on this I decided I would like to have him out down pavers in top so the area could be used as a parking spot/patio. I will also have space for a shed/playground combo which I can now confidently build over solid and level ground. Everything was done at a very reasonable price and on my schedule very much. He sped up when necessary and slowed down when I needed him to as well. I didn’t have before picture to share. The text is just an example of working with Luis. Very client oriented. The Backyard Landscaping has provided exceptional service with their team of workers this past autumn with vegetation and root removal, new backyard fence assembly, two concrete pours, and a backyard re-grade for drainage improvements. I look forward to working with them on patio and plantings through Spring 2022 at my home in Queens West. I highly recommend this company for design through implementation.
