Our team of 4 moved in to Le Parc a month ago, and it has been fantastic. Le Parc's admin team has been super responsive to our requests; the offices are great (and they were able to add an extra one on a day's notice); the communal spaces make it feel vibrant without impeding privacy in the offices. I also love that they have extra furniture and accessories to rent, so we can avoid buying things for what may end up being a short-term need. Nicely done, Le Parc!
I recently booked a space at Le Parc Offices, and the experience was absolutely spectacular! The place is spotless, exceptionally well-organized, and offers various benefits that make the environment perfect for productivity and comfort.
One of my favorite features was the massage chair in the meeting room – such a thoughtful touch that provided a moment of relaxation during the day! The entire space exudes professionalism and care, which made my team and I feel very welcomed.
I highly recommend Le Parc to anyone looking for a clean, functional, and thoughtfully designed space. I can’t wait to book it again in the future!

I'm very happy that our team moved the office to this place. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and takeout options nearby. The building hosts many events every month, and the delicious breakfasts often leave a lasting impression. The staff in the building are very friendly and sometimes even bring my takeout up to my office.
My team and I needed an office for a short-term project and I could not be more impressed with how the staff at Le Parc showed up for us to make it happen. Beyond being the most versatile and equipped co-working space I've ever worked out of, they were also extraordinarily friendly - not your average NYC experience!
I was so impressed with everyone from the front-desk security to the management (thank you Mark, and Brendan!), and even the other folks working at the space. We were very warmly welcomed. I highly recommend checking this space out if you are in need of short-term or long-term place to do your work.
I spent the day with my team at Le Parc utilizing their event space & renting a hot desk as I had a full day workshop & needed a breakout room.
1st I have to say how convenient it is from the train. The 6 train is literally at the door. Made everything so much easier as I had a few items to lug with me.
The front desk staff was welcoming, staff overall was very pleasant. The facilities were clean and bright this particular day. The event space had the tech/ AV equipment I needed, the second floor had some very Lux Amenities. I was surprised to see this for office space but pleasantly so. There was also a kitchen in the common area with coffee, water & tea. The amenities were super high end massage room ( chairs w Bluetooth ), meditation room & club lounge ( quiet area ). I loved it but didn’t get to use more than 10 mins as I had a busy day. I’ll be back and make time for sure.
The offices we used were right in front of the event space so it worked for the breakout room for the event. I can honestly say it was great bang for buck being on Park ave & being so close to the train.
Also they have a sushi restaurant on the ground floor & a steakhouse !
I’ll be coming back as the location is perfect and the staff is friendly & attentive.
The Events Team is 10/10 look forward to bringing
more business to Le Parc
