If I could give Dr. Lila Wolfe 20 stars, I would. I truly hope every expecting woman gets the chance to experience her care—she is nothing short of magical.

I found Lila during my pregnancy when my baby was transverse and breech at 26 weeks. After just two visits, my baby shifted into the right position and stayed there for the rest of my pregnancy. I started seeing her weekly, and later twice a week, and those appointments became an essential part of my prenatal care—both physically and emotionally.

Lila is not just a skilled chiropractor—she’s a deeply intuitive bodyworker with a calming, nurturing energy that instantly puts you at ease. She is profoundly in tune with the anatomy and experience of pregnancy, and creates a space where you feel safe, supported, and grounded in your ever-changing body. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle strength make you feel like you’re in the best hands—and you are.

Thanks in large part to her care, I had a healthy, blissful, and even enjoyable labor and delivery. Everything felt aligned and prepared, and I know her work played a huge role in that outcome.

Now, newly postpartum, I’m continuing to see Lila and she’s once again been incredible—helping my body recover and recalibrate with such care and attentiveness.

I also want to shout out her wonderful office manager—she makes it so easy to book appointments, always responds quickly, and is just as caring and accommodating as Lila herself. The whole practice feels warm and welcoming.

This isn’t a practice just for pregnant women—you’ll see patients of all ages and stages of life in the waiting room—but if you’re expecting, Lila has a unique and powerful gift for helping you feel at home in your body during one of the most transformative times of your life.

I was looking for a woman chiropractor in Manhattan and came across Dr. Lila Wolfe. I really loved her website and thought her spirited personality came through in her photograph. I was right!
The office is spacious and homey with colorful framed art and posters all around. I dislike most offices, as they are stuffy and promote stress. That’s not what this is. I have been a patient since December but feel as if I’ve been going there for years.
That’s how welcomed I feel. Linda the receptionist is so sweet too. Dr. Wolfe is an expert chiropractor, which is a rarity. How unusual that she spends a lot of time with you. You start by warming up your spine on a first rate, comfortable table.
Then there’s an assessment of your alignment proceeding to a number of adjustments from head to toe. The process is extremely thorough and Dr. Wolfe understands what she sees going on with your body and explains how the different parts are related. She also makes suggestions. In the end CBD cream and ice are placed on particular areas, while you rest for another five minutes. I can’t tell you how great I feel and how much I have improved! BTW, the Fulton Street Station is right up the block and you catch a number of train lines there.

I started seeing Dr. Wolfe at the recommendation of my friend Jen at least 5 years ago, maybe 6 years ago, but at random intervals, when I had some misalignment and needed a reset. Best thing I ever did.

With my first pregnancy I started seeing Dr. Wolfe in earnest. She made all the typical aches and pains of pregnancy vanish. I've also brought my newborns to her (she's very gentle and has such a soft touch, one really sees how much she loves them). Dr. Wolfe helped them change from weekly to daily dirty diapers - a welcome improvement. Happy baby, happy mama!

It's wonderful to have a practitioner so warm and knowledgeable, one who heals the body. Additionally, the office environment exudes warmth and friendliness. Every conversation with Linda is a pleasure. Stepping over the threshold into the office one begins to relax, to feel better and calmer, then stepping back out the door after an adjustment one feels lighter and airier. I can't recommend Dr. Wolfe enough.
