I booked a taxi transfer from JFK into New York City for my wife and a colleague.
The trip was seamless and professional. Their driver, Ab, provided top-tier service. He was polite and had excellent manners.My wife appreciated his proactive communication. He called on her mobile to confirm their exact location and came to assist with collecting them/helping with suitcases. AB's car was nice and clean, and the complimentary water was a thoughtful touch after a long flight.
A smooth, stress-free airport transfer!
Used R-Luxe to travel from JFK to Manhattan and back. We had Frank collect us, after queuing for 4 & a half hours at JFK, we were massively grateful that Frank was waiting for us. Smooth journey, Frank was informative and friendly. On the return we had Aaron and he was equally as good. Lovely big and clean cars. Would 100% recommend. Worth the money to ensure you have transportation ready.
I utilized Luxe Black Car for recent tourism travel to NYC with VIP visitors. Roger and his staff were incredibly communicative, professional and prompt at all times when planning and executing our travel. Our visitors were very impressed with the timeliness of pick-ups (they were always there early and ready to go!) size and cleanliness of vehicles, and the personable nature of Roger and his staff. I used LUXE Black Car service to take myself, my sister and brother-in- law from New Jersey to NYC for a birthday dinner. Enrique ( who was quite handsome 🥰) was our driver and he was absolutely wonderful! The car was beautiful and clean. My sister and brother-in-law were so impressed!!! Although traffic was nightmare on a Saturday night, Enrique did a wonderful job getting us to our restaurant and back home safely. Thank you Enrique and LUXE. I will definitely use you guys again!
Excellent service!! I can't say enough good things about LUXE. I would highly recommend. Roger was very professional but also personal and set our nerves at ease. His driving was great. The vehicle was very nice and clean. The communication on pickup was exactly what I needed. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will recommend to anyone going to NYC.
