I've been a Manhattan Audio client for almost two decades, and they are absolutely the best. They have always steered me in the right direction when selecting hearing aids, have been instantly available on the few occasions I've encountered an after-purchase issue with a hearing aid and resolved the issue promptly. They have been wonderful at fine-tuning the devices to set them up best for my needs and to ensure the fit is comfortable. I've been bombarded from time to time with internet and other publicity for "new" or "breakthrough" hearing products and pursued some that seemed credible, but have found the alternatives don't measure up--either in technology or service--to what Manhattan Audio provides.
I'm a musician and audio engineer and finally decided to get custom molded ear plugs and sleeves that go on my in ear monitors. Manhattan Audio works with Sensaphonics, who is out of Chicago and make the ear plugs and sleeves. The process was easy. Booking an appointment was super quick and they were very accommodating. Had the opportunity to meet Dr. Marsden who did my molds and fittings. I had a great experience with Manhattan Audio. Any musician or audiophile looking to get more custom measures to protect their hearing, I highly recommend this practice.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Jake Marsden at Manhattan Audio. My appointment was on time, and my consultation with him was friendly and informative. My hearing test indicated that I needed hearing aids, and Dr. Marsden explained the intricacies of various models as they relate to my hearing limitations. A week later I returned, and Dr. Marsden explained the use of my hearing aids clearly and set up my iPhone to work with the new device. I'm not so good with technology, but Dr. Marsden made it all seem easy and comprehensible. I highly recommend this practice.
Manhattan Audio is simply outstanding! The staff is efficient and friendly, and Dr.Jake Marsden is an exceptionally skilled and experienced audiologist. He listens carefully and answers every question patiently and thoroughly. I am happy to give this practice the highest possible recommendation!
Dr. Marsden (Dr. Jake) really took the time to understand how I interact with my hearing aids and configured the new pair accordingly. He then took the time to explain the setting and options to me. He is the most patient centric audiologist I've dealt with yet!
