Matt Stein and his entire team do such an amazing job everytime out. We have traveled with him three times and we have two more in the future we are planning with him now. I will not go anywhere in the future without his planning help. He continually surprises us with local experiences that are always over the top. On our last trip we had big trouble with canceled flights in foreign countries and Matt worked all day on a Saturday and some on Sunday to get everything back on track so we didn't miss any experiences down the line. Matt and his team are the greatest and we can tell you that you will never regret working with him.
My husband and I have used travel agents over the years, but Matt is by far the BEST and our favorite. We plan to use Matt for all our future travel arrangements. Matt takes time to get to know his clients, e.g., their likes and dislikes, which is HUGE. Listening is so important ... a long lost art - truly.
Also, Matt was there for us when we needed help resulting from significant flight delays and cancellations on our recent trip to Australia and New Zealand. He was so responsive despite the major date/time difference. Matt has amazing partnerships with the teams he works with in different countries, which is crucial for a seamless vacation. We could go on and on about our satisfaction with Matt's services, and we would be happy to serve as a reference for him.
