Metto Elevator truly does their job professionally. I’ve been working as a superintendent for 30 years and have worked with many different elevator companies over the years, but Metro Elevator is clearly ahead of the rest. I would also like to especially thank technician Henry. He is highly skilled, respectful, and an excellent technician. He provides fast and professional solutions to problems. I highly recommend Meto Elevator to anyone looking for reliable and quality service in New York.
Metro Elevator has been a lifesaver for us. Prior to them coming to our building, we had elevator shutdowns almost monthly and our previous company was dishonest and never fixed anything and we billed us like crazy. Ever since having Henry from Metro assigned to our building, we haven't been happier. He got the elevator running smoothly so quickly, and he explains everything that he is doing in great detail and spends an immense amount of time trying to make sure that our elevator runs safe and smoothly. This company is honest, reliable and Henry has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good elevator company
Metro Elevator has been incredibly dependable and responsive. Whether it's troubleshooting chronic problems or expediting repairs during a weather event we've been able to count on them. Everyone from the account managers to the technicians are knowledgeable and willing to provide progress updates when requested.
Metro is the 3rd elevator company we've been with in the last 19 years and they have gone above and beyond for us. Both Omars and Henry, as well as Kevin, have made us feel very safe and we know we are in good hands now. They are extremely skilled at their job and always make it a point to prioritize their clients, no matter the time of day or how busy their schedules are. My elevator has never run this smoothly and I am so glad to have found a company as trustworthy as Metro. I wish I found them sooner
