0 “Stars” - Just tried this car wash out for the first and last time. It’s definitely not worthy of a “4 star rating.” The “Sliver packaged increased to over $30+ dollars from the $27 listed. The process was fast, but rushed and not at all thorough. Water remained all over my exterior after the internal drying system and the hand towel “Drying” from the employees after the fact. The “Tire shine” process was a complete joke. The employee literally gel-like “Tire shine” on the tires and barely even completes a full-courage before moving onto the next tire and literally walks away and moves onto the next car. By the time he was done; the hand towel “Dryer,” had literally been raising his hand to let me know that my car was complete. For that, I should’ve went for the entry level option instead of the second tire option, but that’s how I trial and in this case ERROR businesses. The employees were all awkward and their energies were all off. You could literally, both see and feel that they’re overworked and underpaid. They literally couldn’t care less about the car, but definitely tried to upsell upon arrival. How does a mid-level was go from $27 to $64+?! That’s literally an entry level detail at an auto detailer. And I can say that because I’ve used both car washes and private detailers since owning my first car in 2010.
Car washes like this and all other mass produce options are a complete and total scam/rip-off nowadays and it’s increasingly gotten worse throughout the years. To the extent that nearly everything is à la carte and nothing is entirely included any longer.
Needless to say, I’ll never be returning and absolutely do not recommend!
I took my car to this car wash expecting professional service, but I left extremely disappointed. After the Detailing compound, I noticed damage to my vehicle that was not there before. What made the experience even worse was how poorly handled the situation manager said all black car is like that. I'm business for more than 10 years they never letf my cars like this. Customers’ cars should be much more careful and professional. I would not recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.
I have a plan for full service car wash , when i try to make a payment, i show the cashier my number , she said that’s number can’t be used! I HAVE TO ADD THE MEMBER NUMBER !!
I said this is THE ONLY number that i have!
She said NO!!
She said” you have to call “.
when i called they closed !
I said they closed!
She said then I DONT KNOW , you have to pay !!!
She told me that my plan is NOT FREE, she said i still have to pay $13 something!
I said it’s very clear stated “YOU ARE ENTITLED TO STANDARD FULL SERVICE WASH”!
It took me 15 minutes to figure it out how to find out the number she talking about ?? !!
I even asked her to try put the number on her end , but she ignored me!!
At the end , i asked my friend , he told me i have to choose which location on the apps, but it’s also showing the SAME NUMBER that i showed her at the beginning!
No matter i chose the location or no the number that i showed her at the beginning is the same number!
Ridiculous! Wasting my 15 minutes !
the worst place I will never received it. the spoke to the manager about the worst cleaning ever no vacuum cleaner the windows and the rest was very bad. don waste your money there cuz it's the worst service ever and I wash my car every weekend. it was my first time in there and I never ever again do it. I was very disappointed and upset and the guy keeps giving excuses and he didn't do anything to fix it. he said I have to pay $ 60 service to have a good job done.
I was a regular customer here many times taking multiple cars here and today their quality seemed too rushed. Some receipts in my car was not thrown away, wrappers too, my car got out of the wash and it was super wet. I noticed spots missed, their power wash missed my car’s back. I pay for the extreme wash every time and today was not worth the money.
