After a bed bug experience in Paris, I’m a little paranoid now. I sent a picture in of an insect I thought might be a bed bug and received a quick response (even over the weekend) that it was not one. Phew! I am incredibly grateful that they were willing to set my mind at ease even though the answer they had would not bring them any business directly. Amazing customer service. I will keep this in mind if I ever do need their services and highly recommend.
Derrick came out and did our inspection, and gave us so much peace of mind. He really took his time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure we felt completely comfortable before he left. And even his communication after the inspection regarding next steps/the state of things has been absolutely stellar. Any apartment we live in from here forward, we'll make sure to use MMPC for any pest concerns, because of how great our experience with Derrick has been.
Gen Tutor was excellent in arranging the visit by Diego on short notice. Diego was a consummate professional. He clearly explained exactly where the source of my pests were from and did his absolute level best to control the population.
He even offered excellent advice on other services that would yield more dramatic and quick results. I appreciate Diego’s work.
We recently had an excellent experience with MMPC for squirrel removal. From the initial inspection to the final repairs and prevention work, Donna our patient handler who answered all our questions always answering on the first ring and Diego our field agent was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He quickly identified where the squirrels were entering, explained the process clearly, and handled the removal humanely and efficiently.
What impressed us most was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the problem would not return. They sealed entry points, cleaned the affected areas thoroughly, and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. Diego arrived on time, communicated well, and treated our home with care and respect throughout the entire process.
We are extremely grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with unwanted wildlife or pest issues. Their service gave us peace of mind and restored comfort to our home.
