I cannot recommend Dr. Li highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, compassionate, and kind. When I first came to see her, I was limping, stiff, and dealing with severe back pain that was affecting every aspect of my life. The pain was so overwhelming that it was all I could focus on.

From the very beginning, Dr. Li took the time to listen, understand what I was experiencing, and reassure me to trust the process. Her calm confidence and genuine care made all the difference.

After just three sessions, the results were remarkable. Not only am I walking pain-free, but I'm sprinting again and back to my normal day-to-day routine. I truly didn't think such a dramatic improvement was possible in such a short period of time.

Dr. Li gave me my life back, and for that I am incredibly grateful. If you're dealing with pain, discomfort, or mobility issues, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Dr. Li is an exceptional practitioner and an even better person.

This place has truly changed my life!! I had no idea when I found this random little place on zoc doc just to try Acupunture (as PT had not been working for me ) that it would end up being somewhere I frequent with such gladness. Since starting acupuncture here I have also done TPI, massages, and cryropacture here that I had been too scared to try else where all of the above have been excellent.

As a really active person my body is so meaningful to me, I’ve had a knee injury and general chronic pain that I have been living with for years. Coming here not only has healed pains I thought I would have for the rest of my life but also uncovered new comfort I hadn’t even imagined. I am now able to dance and jog without fear of re- injury and I have noticed I have improved in my abilities since coming to move well.

I also went through an incredibly challenging personal time when I started acupuncture and genuinely coming here to heal has kept me going these last 6 months.

Not only is everyone here so incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but everyone who works here is so safe, welcoming, friendly, fun and kind. I feel uplifted physically and emotionally to my core everytime I leave! The front desk staff is so on it, they are so great and professional at scheduling and communicating, remember things I forgot and always follow through. Again so knowledgeable and caring. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Also may I add it’s always so clean and cute. Truly a gem.

Found MoveWell doing an online for acupuncture. Walking into the office, it was bright clean and the staff is extremely welcoming. The acupuncture services come massage or cupping and both are amazing, really provides relief. As an extra, there is a massage chair in the waiting room that you can use before or after. I highly recommend this office. Enjoy!
