We hired Mr. Air NYC to install a four zone ductless heat pump system in our apartment. We could not be happier with their work. Victor, Alex, Serfain, and Wei did the installation and did a fantastic job. They are real professionals who prepped the entire apartment, installed the system expertly, and left our apartment cleaner than it was before the project. I very strongly recommend them for your HVAC work.

We really enjoyed working with this company to install our ductless mini split wall unit and ceiling cassettes. Joshua went above and beyond and made our decision making process as smooth as possible. The team of installers, including Alex, Victor, Ben, Wei, Zach, Eddy, and Serafin did an excellent job. It has been game changing in making our apartment feel even more comfortable!
We cannot recommend Mr. Air NYC enough. They were a true end-to-end solution - from design through installation. The install itself took place only 2 weeks after initial consultation and the entire crew - Alex, Ben, Eddy, Victor, Wei, Zach, and Serafin - showed up promptly and completed the install in about 5 hours. They even came back to fix a unit that was making a little bit of noise days after the install. Again, cannot recommend them enough - truly fantastic work!
