Was not super impressed with the clean. The website says they bring their own cleaning supplies but they used mine. Before they left they made me speak on the phone to their supervisor in front of them which I thought was odd. For the price of the service I would have expected a more thorough clean.
The process was very smooth from start to finish. A deep cleaning was scheduled for the very next day and all the cleaners arrived on time. My apartment had not been cleaned in a long time, due to some unforeseen circumstances, and they had their work cut out for them. They did a great job and worked very hard and continuously. The kitchen is a miracle! And all the dust is finally gone from the apartment. Five stars.
Team was on time, super efficient, and did an incredible job! We moved into a new apartment that had a strong cat smell that we couldn’t get rid of and they were able to scrub that clean along with everything else in the apartment. Thank you so much for making our new apartment feel more like home!!
We were selling our house on Staten Island and we needed final cleaning to be done, we hired New Beginning Cleaners. Service was excellent, they came on time, did fantastic job! We couldn’t be happier. House was clean, fresh and ready for new owners! We definitely recommend them, great company with great employees.
We were very satisfied with the cleaning service. Both cleaners were very friendly, arrived on time, and finished exactly as scheduled. Everything they cleaned was absolutely spotless, the bathrooms were perfectly clean, and the oven was cleaned thoroughly and with great care. They paid attention to even the smallest details, which really made a difference. We can highly recommend them and would happily book them again!
