My Moroccan Wool rug needed deep cleaning after years in a busy living room with kids and pets. I liked that the company took time to inspect the rug before starting the cleaning. The rug cleaning process removed a lot of embedded dirt and restored the original softness. Pickup and delivery were both smooth and professional.
Our carpets had pet and traffic stains. We were impressed with how clean they looked and smelled following the treatment. We were also pleased with the technician, he was very pleasant and there was no attempt to add anything that we had not requested. The price was good. We will use him again the next time we need our carpets cleaned!
New York Carpet and their very friendly technicians did a great job deep cleaning my Pakistani and Bukara rugs and upholstery. Definitely got my money’s worth with how well my rugs turned out. Definitely giving them 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!

They did all the magic and turned my house clean. They scrubbed and treated the damages on my carpet. They never fail to communicate to me as well about the whole process to keep me in the loop.
