First praise goes to the wonderful people that host this event space. Jeff is super communicative. He ensures in advance that all needs are satisfied, that you are familiar with all the workings of the space, and that they are there for you. And they are! Him and his staff make the preparations for the event stress free, and the day of the event goes smooth, seamless, and wonderful. This all adds to the atmosphere that support your day, adding to the charm and elegance of the physical space. They ensure the day is yours how you want to, because they are there within arms reach all day to support you. Awesome!
We recently hosted the CUNY C-STEP Legal Conference at NYC Event Spaces on June 12, 2025, and had a truly excellent experience.
From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to our needs. They addressed questions and concerns promptly leading up to the event, which helped make the planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the day of the event, their on-site team continued to shine especially the IT/tech support staff, who made sure the presentations ran flawlessly. They were quick to resolve any technical issues that came up, which was a huge relief.
While we had no notable issues, I can confidently say that the professionalism and support from the team exceeded our expectations. We absolutely recommend NYC Event Spaces for any conference or professional gathering. In fact, our school CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies is looking forward to hosting future events here.

Great space to host events! Jeff is awesome to deal with. Very professional and very accommodating and so were his team. From start to finish Jeff and his team ensured everything was under control and smooth and was present during the entire presentation to tackle any backstage issues that came up which was none at ours but good to know that we had his team’s backup if we needed anything. My organization rented this space sight-unseen since I was traveling in from out-of-state. Once I arrived the day of our event, I couldn't have been happier with the space and the level of service from Jeff and his team at 4W43 Building! The weeks leading up to the event, Jeff always picked up his phone or got back to me right away when I had a question. I love that he packaged everything together for one fee (including tables & chairs, security, AV tech, etc.)... no surprises! The day of the event, our room was set up ahead of time, Jeff's team arrived promptly by 6am as promised, and everything was perfect. I've managed a lot of events and I wish they all went as smooth as this one. Location of this space is central and easily accessible on the ground floor.
