I got a very sentimental and special painting framed / it was my first time getting a piece professionally framed and they did an amazing job!You can truly see a huge difference / the craftsmanship. Gonzalo helped me and was so patient and kind, explained the whole process and how the frame protects the art, and worked with me to make the framing fit in my budget. Gonzalo is also a talented water color artist / has pieces hanging in the shop and shared he does custom designs. Their pricing is very fair and competitive, esp for such great quality. Joe is also kind and communicative (clear on pick-up timing). I will 100% be coming back when I have another piece to frame and cannot recommend NYC Frames enough!
I had an autographed pro-football jersey framed for my son for Christmas with specific requests as to the colors and background of the framing. Joe did beautiful work. The price was reasonable and the quality was excellent. He provided friendly, professional service in a timely fashion at a busy time of year. After seeing the work on Instagram I was instantly impressed. I was looking for someone reliable to frame an autographed jersey. Joe and the team were perfect! The attention to detail with helping me decide a background and border based on the space in my apartment was helpful. Joe was transparent with the turnaround. Even coming by the shop to see some of the other projects they were working all was cool. Will definitely recommend and come back if I need something framed in the future.
