Scheduling with Dr. Silvermintz was a breeze!! I found her easily on ZocDoc, confirmed my insurance upfront, and completed all my paperwork digitally ahead of time, so check-in took no time at all. The one hiccup was with building security; the guard was having trouble with the system and was initially reluctant to let me up, which was a bit frustrating. Once I made it upstairs, though, it was smooth sailing.
Dr. Silvermintz was thorough, attentive, and walked me through everything during the appointment so I always knew what was happening and why. I received my report the same day and she sent it directly to my ENT, which made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience in this office. Dr. Silvermintz and her staff were so lovely. Dr. Silvermintz ensured I was at ease before beginning testing and explained the results very thoroughly afterwards. At the end, I walked away with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie made by the receptionist...an unexpectedly nice touch that spoke to the office environment. Overall this appointment was a great way to start my day and I walked away feeling more educated and empowered about my health.

My appointment with Dr. Sophie was incredibly smooth. She created a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease. I felt comfortable asking questions and her explanations were clear and easy to understand. I appreciated that there was no wait time, and the checkout process was quick and hassle-free.
Had such a great experience here. Doctor Frankel was incredibly friendly and helpful, took the time to explain what she was doing, and made sure all my questions were answered without rushing at all. She even helped me book my follow up appointments right there, which made the whole process stress free. Little touches like that show how much they care about their patients. On top of all that, they have free cookies in the office! Would absolutely recommend!
