Kate and her staff all amazing! I have been visiting her since 2024. I have great experiences. She is super helpful, explain everything in details not only testing process but also after process for choosing equipment. She is not rushing you and making sure understand and think before get any decision. She is also super helpful and supportive. I started toe use one of the devices. She was always available any questions, concerns. Thanks alot!!
Dr. Gross was great! She was thorough and listened to all my concerns attentively. She performed plenty of testing and put me at ease with her interpretation of my results. I highly recommend her and the cookies at the reception area were a lovely touch!
Great business. They work with my ENT doctor and perform my annual hearing tests and then earlier this year I got my first set of hearing aids with them. I have been very happy with the hearing aids and with the service. Dr. Monica O'Rourke has been great and very responsive, even when I have emailed her questions. She's always helpful to troubleshoot issues.
Fantastic experience. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. I was getting molds done for custom in ear monitors for music. The people at UE were impressed with the quality of work they did in getting precision molds. Highly recommend.
