The entire care team exceeded my expectations, which were already high even before calling to schedule an appointment. My call with Robby made such a great first impression and made me feel more at ease. He was kind, transparent, and gracious enough to schedule me in for a hearing test and consultation the next day. Gabby and Dr. Crossland were both incredibly knowledgeable and I felt very assured under their care.
I had a wonderful experience at NYHD | Institute for Hearing and Balance. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very welcoming and professional. The entire office was extremely clean and well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
The staff took the time to clearly explain every test before it was performed, which I really appreciated. After the evaluation, they also walked me through the results in a very clear and patient way, making sure I understood everything.
It’s not always easy going through medical tests, but their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience very positive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and caring hearing and balance evaluation.
My experience at NYHD was simply phenomenal. Robby definitely gets an A+++ for customer service. He made my stay more enjoyable and comfortable. All staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and took their time with me. I would definitely recommend NYHD !!!!
I had an amazing experience here after a failed attempt at an ear irrigation at urgent care. From scheduling to check in and the appointment its self, everything was so easy. I needed immediate relief and couldn't wait to go through my insurance for a referral. They scheduled me the same day, were very transparent about the fees (which I found super reasonable), and had me in and out in 30 minutes. The care I recieved was wonderful, and I'd recommend them to anyone!
I had a fantastic experience here. The front desk people were calming and reassuring.
As for the professionals I saw: I couldn’t have had a better experience.
The audiologist gave me clear instructions and information after the tests were completed.
The doctor who did my VNG test was kind, competent and professional. I appreciated her time and willingness to explain the testing process, and to give me feedback on the results. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
