Great service, used this company for one of our buildings and had nothing but a great experience. Great team, easy to deal with and great communication. Will definitely recommend.
Since my landlord switched to this company, our elevators have both been continuously broken. It’s been four straight months. Tenants are moving out. It’s a disgrace. This company also doesn’t service elevators on the weekend, so they expect us to walk up 18 flights if an elevator breaks on a Saturday or Sunday. Do not hire this company to service old elevators (ours are from 1964).
PS Marcato is undoubtedly the single best elevator company in NYC. Highly highly recommend. From Anthony and Cliff to Richie and Alex to Francis and Debbie - they are all incredible. Responsive, efficient, capable, and friendly!
Incompetence, personified. There's something wrong with the elevator almost every single day. You literally could not ask for a worse elevator company.
