Our store needed patching. Inventory kept getting a leak. Got recommended Paragon by a neighbor. Sonny came and assessed the problem and brought forward the solution with a simple patching job. No overprice feeling - very straightforward to the T. Best believe I’ll be having Paragon on my phone book for any roofing related business!

Wanted to leave a review for Sonny and Daniel because good, honest work deserves recognition. They came out to clean and seal our chimney, repair the liner, and also take care of the gutters. From the minute they showed up, they were professional, respectful, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
The chimney had not been serviced in a while, and they took the time to explain everything in plain English without trying to upsell a bunch of unnecessary work. They cleaned everything thoroughly, repaired the liner properly, and sealed the chimney so we do not have to worry about leaks or future issues. You can tell they take pride in doing the job the right way instead of rushing through it.
They also fixed up the gutters while they were here, and everything was cleaned up afterward like they were never even there. No mess left behind, no headaches, no nonsense. Around New York and Jersey it’s hard finding contractors who actually show up on time, do quality work, and keep things professional the entire way through, but Sonny and Daniel really delivered.
Overall just a smooth experience from start to finish. Fair pricing, solid communication, and quality work. Definitely saving their number and would recommend them to anybody who needs chimney or gutter work done.
I don’t trust too many people with this house because it’s been in my family for years. My mother passed it down to me and I was honestly nervous about letting anybody touch the roof. In Brooklyn you hear every story imaginable about contractors cutting corners or disappearing halfway through a job, so I took my time before moving forward.
Adam, Sonny, Daniel, Mike, Avi, and Zack from Paragon really put me at ease from the beginning. They came out to my property in Clinton Hill and treated the house with real respect. No games, no pressure, just straight up honest work and communication. They found every leak and hole that had been causing problems and handled everything the right way.
What stood out to me was their experience with waterproof coating on brownstones. Anybody can slap material on a roof, but these guys actually understand old Brooklyn properties and how to protect them properly. You can tell they’ve worked on a lot of brownstones because they explained everything clearly and knew exactly what needed to be done.
The whole crew worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and made me feel comfortable the entire process. That means a lot when it’s a family property with sentimental value attached to it. If you’ve got a brownstone in Brooklyn and need roof work done right, I’d definitely recommend Paragon.
we got very lucky to have had Paragon take care of our roof maintenance. We waited 1 month to get them to handle everything from gutter repair, chimney liner repair & a sweep. Bundled it up in one price and did great!
