I highly recommend Pool Service Master Solutions for anyone looking for reliable and professional pool service. They have done an amazing job maintaining my pool and recently installed a new pool heater for me.
Their team was knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The installation was clean, efficient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Since working with them, my pool has been running perfectly and maintenance has been stress-free.
It’s hard to find a company that is both responsive and dependable, but they consistently deliver top-quality service. I’m very happy with the work they’ve done and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing pool maintenance, repairs, or heater installation.
We just had Pool Service Master Solutions install all new pool equipment (from head to toe) as well as a new liner and he did an absolutely incredible job. We could not be happier and the price was fantastic. He was extremely quick and had everything done ahead of schedule. We were shocked at how well everything came out, even though we were nervous because it is not a small investment! His team was friendly and helpful, and he explained everything every step of the way. You cannot find a better, Pool Guy in the tri-state area! We are in NUtley New Jersey and we’re absolutely blown away at all of the amazing service and value we got. I’m not being paid or coerced in writing this review, I am a real customer that was very skeptical and have an extremely high standard of excellence and I am just very, very satisfied from the beginning to the end of the process. Trust me when I say I look for tiny imperfections, as I am a perfectionist, and all I see is masters at work in every corner of their execution of this job. I can say they are masters of everything Pool related because we had everything done from liner to filter to motor to PVC, you name it we had it done with them and every single thing they did exceeded my expectations. Again, I am not being paid to leave this review, this is a heartfelt positive review and I couldn’t be happier!!
Jose and his team did an amazing job organizing our equipment onto a slab and they installed a saltwater system and heater. The before and after are night and day. I included pictures.
From quote, to deposit, to job completion only took 3 business days. His team is professional, detail-oriented, works diligently, and we look forward to opening the pool and using them for maintenance.
We hired Pool Service Master Solutions to replace our liner and to repair a return line that was under cement decking. Jose and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were prompt and worked incredibly fast while paying attention to the smallest details. They even went out of their way to pick up a specific liner that I had chosen. They gave me new tips on ways to maintain the colors to avoid fading and some great ideas to add in the future, such as painting the decking and including a fountain. I’m looking forward to doing more business with them. I highly recommend them. I found them to be polite, personable and trustworthy.
