Brought my wife's car in for repair after an accident. I had no experience in the process of getting a repair quote for insurance. John and Jason took the time to provide detailed information and answer all our questions. Once insurance approved, they provided great communication and updates on the repair and completed the work on time. The car looks amazing and looks new as they also vacuumed and detailed the car. Highly recommend and will do business again.
Precision Auto Works LIC is hands-down the best shop I’ve used in NYC. The team is honest, quick, and super professional. Alex was great — he walked me through everything, explained what needed to be done, and made the whole process stress-free. Prices were fair, the turnaround was fast, and my car came out looking and running perfect.
Highly recommend them if you want quality work and people you can actually trust. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
A great job on restoring my Volvo xc40, after a rear end crash in 2024!
It took a little longer because restoration was complicated.
The result is that my car looks like new!
The team kept me updated on repairs, nearly on a daily basis: via texts, photos and videos.
On the day I took the car to repair, the Manager drove me home!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I had an accident in NYC while living in MA, and it was late, so I could only tow my car to a nearby tow yard. Thankfully, I found this amazing shop the next day. From the start, they were incredibly helpful. They arranged to tow my car from the tow yard to their shop and took care of all the complicated paperwork with the insurance company. Alex, in particular, was fantastic—friendly, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. They also got my car back to me in less than two weeks! And it looked even better than before the accident!

I had a good experience with these guys. They’ve fixed my model 3 twice. 1 small fender bender and another ding I got while parked. Most recently the repair didn’t exceed the estimate and the job got done in the time discussed. I also handed them a dirty car and the car came back nice and clean.
They do my inspection every year. It’s a quick process on that front.
I’m sure you can find cheaper repairs elsewhere. I go here because I want a quality job performed at reasonable price, I’m not looking for a cheap repairs.
