The level of care and support at Queens Adult Care Center is beyond a 5 star rating, I would give 10 plus stars if I could to Klaire Gochman, admission and case manager. From the interview process to move-in, and discharge, Klaire has been exceptionally kind, resourceful, caring, patient and efficient in every aspect of assisted living for my senior mother. Its clear to see in all the clientele reviews here, we echo the same appreciation for level of service, communication and support given to residents, and families in need of community and senior assited living home which provides to your loved ones specific needs. I have lived here for many years, and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. Klaire Gochman runs this facility very well. We all love her and the team she manages. The home is clean, friendly and very nice. I enjoy my 3 meals a day and the recreation services. Thank you queens adult care center for making my life pleasant. As a resident here, I do not hesitate to recommend to anyone
It takes a highly exceptional person to dedicate their lives to work with disabled adults. They must possess a great deal of patience, empathy, and good will. Such a person is Ms. Klaire Melanie Gochman who is Admissions Director and Case Manager at QACC. Reading the reviews here, I am convinced that this sentiment is widespread. She has assisted in facilitating interaction with our loved one, and for this we are deeply grateful. It is our desire that she receive all the best, personally and professionally.
Queens Adult Care Center is one of the most well put together assisted livings out there. Primarily, due to a phenomenal, hard working , dedicated and deserving person for making it come full circle, Klaire Gochman. Being the admissions director/ case manager she truly goes beyond that. Her ability to not only understand patients and there loved ones but, to go as far as to spend countless hours extra out of her day during non working hours to think of ways to not only impact the lives of all their residents, but, to stretch herself to perfect Queens Adult Care Center and its name and reputation as its stands today a top premier home to so many residents. Queens Adult Care Center is also located within the central hub connected it to all the 5 boroughs including LI and Westchester. For a safe , secure environment, alongside friendly and compassionate staff, all working as a family make no mistake in placing your loved ones at a place they can call home.
My sister Inna has been a resident of the Queens Adult center for almost 25+ years.
She speaks very highly about the staff. She praises the meals she received 3 times a day.
She likes to share her food with her residents on holidays.
In the past she participated in many activities of the recreation department. She also likes holiday decorations.
Special thanks to her counselor Klair Kochman who keeps in touch with me and my cousin Alik on a regular bases. She is very understanding and effective with my sister Inna.
