Robin and his team did an outstanding job with our deck installation. He was able to adapt to our specific wants and ideas. His team worked fast and were able to finish the job in about a week. The final product was better than we could have asked for.
Robin & his crew were a pleasure to do business with! Most contractors on a scale from 1-10 are not a 10. R&A were a 12! We are quite picky & live on the South Shore. Robin went Above & Beyond & anything that was promised was certainly delivered & more!! I will refer them to anyone needing decking or similar.
This company was amazing!! Rob had a great crew that cleaned up after themselves and left my backyard spotless. Any issue I had they would fix right away without any issues whatsoever. Their price was great and I could have asked for a more beautiful deck! Highly highly recommend!!! They are truly awesome.
What a delightful and wonderful experience. Robin and his entire crew were very professional, polite and punctual! We have done lots of work to our home over the years and this was one of the smoothest and best jobs we’ve ever had.
Our deck was in need of some reconstruction. We contacted several companies to quote our needs. Robin gave us a fair price and we contracted to have the work done. His crew was amazing. Such professional behavior is rarely seen. Each member of the team worked diligently and only settled for perfection. Beautiful job! We were very satisfied with the workmanship.
We asked Robin if they would return in the spring to Arborcoat stain our deck. His quote included cleaning, light sanding and general prep prior to application. Again, there was clear communication as to when his crew would arrive …. date & time. They worked diligently all day applying the Arborcoat, being fully aware that it needed 48 hrs to dry properly. They completed the job by sunset!

R & A Custom Decks is absolutely the best choice you can make. We needed to have a deck replaced and also have it include our above ground pool. As soon as we met Robin we were very impressed with his presence and knowledge of deck building. He had many wonderful ideas. Robin and everyone at R & A that we have had the pleasure of interacting with has been a true professional. R & A showed up early every morning as promised and worked very diligently throughout the day, even as late as 6:30 during the hottest days of this summer 2022. Our 3 level deck was completed in 7 working days. When completed it was a dream come true. Our neighbors now refer to our yard as a resort. It's absolutely amazing, well made, and looks like a deck from the Hamptons. We can not express our gratitude enough, not only for such a beautiful deck, but a wonderful experience from start to finish. Never once did we question the capability of this professional company.
