I started with Reliable Payroll Services around 13 years ago when Michael and Laura first began. At the time they were a great fit for my small business of a few employees and offered that personal touch. Over the last decade+ we have each grown. I currently have several dozen employees as do they. We are still treated the same as we were on day one. Their service feels like a boutique with all of the personal touches, even though they have grown their infrastructure. I wouldn't consider anyone else (especially in this industry!). Reliable Payroll Services is more of a partner to us than a professional service. Inquiries are answered in minutes, not hours or days and they are always reachable. If you are dealing with a 1-800 number, make the change immediately and be treated the way you deserve!
