So grateful for the amazing knowledge and wealth of experience that Cynthia Perthuis and the team at Senior Care Authority - New York City brought to the table with regard to elder care. Invaluable! They helped our family to transition our father from rehab hospital setting to a safe and comfortable residence capable to provide the care he needs and may need in the future. Their help and legwork every step of the way was critical to set us up for a successful move for Dad to a new home and in a warm and supportive community.
Cynthia and her team have been enormously helpful in advocating for my friend who has dementia and is in assisted living. Her intervention with the assisted living facility management has reduced the need for additional expensive personal care required by the program for my friend to remain in the facility. Her ongoing support has prevented my friend from having to leave her placement where she is content but from time to time has exhibited behaviors as her dementia progresses. Cynthia has researched and added additional supports to augment my friend’s day to day care. Her advice and guidance has been invaluable.
I recently worked with Senior Care Authority to find a Senior Living space. Cynthia Perthuis was so knowledgeable and insightful about seniors and their desires and needs. Josie Lawrence was so helpful and persistent in a good way, not pushy at all. They were so pleasant to work with! Their most valuable help led to a resounding success! I highly recommend them!
