Steve Clair comes with my highest recommendation. He's a great negotiator, getting us concessions in our condo purchase we didn't even think to ask for. The price concessions were great, but the renovations, storage area, and transfer taxes really puts him over the top. He's a great resource during the walk through, making sure everything is in working order, including things we didn't see. He's a super friendly guy, which makes working with him a pleasure. He was helpful with other resource referrals. We enjoyed working with his attorney and mortgage referrals as well. I would refer him to my mother if she ever needed to buy real estate in NYC
