Smart home installers in NYC automate apartments and homes across all five boroughs with systems for lighting control, thermostats, door locks, security cameras, and voice assistants integrated through platforms like Control4, Crestron, and Savant. Installation projects range from $500 for basic smart thermostat setups to $10,000+ for whole-home automation.

I had a great experience working with Ihor and his team. They helped me set up my office desk, organized all the cables, and made everything look very clean and professional. The wires were routed neatly, and the whole setup looks much better and more comfortable to use now. Very careful, reliable, and detail-oriented work. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using T and Smart House Tech for our home for 5+ years and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. From the very first interaction, it was clear we were working with someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the experience of their clients. The quality of their work speaks for itself. Our home AV setup is seamless, intuitive, and genuinely enhances our day-to-day life. Everything is thoughtfully installed, the systems work together beautifully, and nothing feels like an afterthought. They took the time to understand how we actually use our space and tailored the setup accordingly. Beyond the technical skill, what really stands out is their character. They’re warm, communicative, and never make you feel like your questions are a burden. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a full-day project, you always feel like a priority.

Amazing service. From planning to installation, through pricing, but most of all — service. Rain or shine (or snow in our case), when we had an issue or delay with other contractors (we did a large project with many contractors) or when we just needed help with the systems, they were always available for us. Everything came out perfect, and more importantly — we know that we have someone to help if we ever need any help

We worked with Tiziano & his team on a smart home / automation, sound & home security installation at our home in North Bergen County, and we cannot recommend him enough! They were not only professional, but also genuinely pleasant to work with. Everything was set up seamlessly, the sound quality is fantastic, the automation is so seamless and they made sure we felt comfortable using the system before they left. Another thing to point out is how helpful Tiziano is post install, with any questions or recommendations. We also rely on them for our home security, and when we had an issue with one of the panels, they were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting it resolved quickly. Overall, we’ve had such a positive experience working with Tiziano & his team, and would absolutely recommend them.

Brad is excellent. We’ve used him for both our UniFi WiFi/network setup at our home and our AV configuration. Very knowledgeable and always finds a way to solve any challenges or issues he encounters. We’ve recommended Brad to family and friends.
