One of our front door locks had started sticking during the recent rainy weather in New York, and it was getting harder to turn the key each day.
The issue was fixed much faster than expected, and the lock has been working smoothly ever since. Glad we handled it before it became a bigger problem.
I contacted Soho Locksmith & Security Systems after moving into a new apartment and wanting better security. Doug was patient, efficient and timely. He arrived quickly, first tried a simpler approach - that was more cost effective for me - and then found an alternate solution to the issue. His attitude was positive and truly helpful (versus the other in-person quote I received which was just a blanket expensive fee with no attempt to problem solve).
