Worst customer service !!!
This guy at the counter acts like your there begging from him not buying …. I was there buying two key machine and this guy has no manners…
Avoid this place. There’s plenty of other hardware stores. Attendant was missing at the front and when he appeared he was fully smoking a cigarette inside the store. He just yells for no reason in an unhinged manner. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
Worst customer service! I've been here about three times and dealt with different employees. I've stand in front of receptionist personal and they ignore you, like nobody wants to help, they pretend busy doing paperwork or something else. You have to ask to be helped and when they do, they are rude and like if they don't want to help you...
We been in the locksmith industry for over 40 years Standard has always been a excellent supplier for most all of our needs.
This store is only for licensed locksmiths. The prices are excellent and the guys working there are very knowledgeable about the locksmithing occupation. Don't waste your time going there if you don't have your licence!
