First time customer today. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality hand wash, especially if you’re in the same camp as me, with a vinyl wrapped car. The owner (I’m assuming that’s who i met) was very direct and to the point as to what they offer there (i appreciate this being a native NY’er. Please no fluff). The price was reasonable considering how good of a job they did (you get what you pay for. In this instance it’s well worth it). They even have an app which is cool. I became a monthly Swasher right away lol. Thanks again!
Excellent hand car wash. The team pays attention to the details, and my car always looks great when they're done. Friendly service and fair prices. Highly recommended!
5 mins after leaving location I noticed my windshield wasn’t cleaned at all. 30 mins after leaving location I noticed that my multi charger was stolen out the car. Exterior was was mid. For $55 inc taxes I expected better. As we speak I’m writing this review with 13% charge left on my phone. I would charge it but I don’t have a cable to do so.
UPDATED: to 2 stars: The owner text me and told me the employee put the charger in the center console. How was i suppose to know. If you gonna take something and put it somewhere else tell the person or just place it back where you found it. My windshield still dirty and i need to go back i don't live near there. The owner calls me out my sleep to ask if i found the charger and speak on this review. The test was fine owner you don't have to bug me.
One of the best car wash businesses in Brooklyn. They were open during New Years Day January 1st and my car was really dirty. They were very reasonable and agreeable and they agreed to wash my car. They have a wide array of services to suit your car needs. They're prices are affordable. I will be back again!
We have a baby on the way and wanted to get the car cleaned before installing the car seat. I got a full detail in and out plus seat cleaning and our 10 year old car looks brand new! I wish I took pictures of the before. They paid so much attention to detail and did it all in just over 2 hours while I sat in their lobby had lunch and enjoyed a massage on the massage chair.
