I'm a supporter of local mom/pop shops (esp. in the Chinatown area) but sometimes there's a line drawn as to refunding the customer. Purchased a key to be copied but returned because the copied key does not work (get a printed receipt). The owner did some filing and told me to try again. Returned a week later because the key still doesn't unlock. After the owner measured the original and copied keys (with a caliper), he wanted me to try again. But this time I requested a refund because I'm not doing a trial and error again. I had no doubt I'll get a refund but if it doesn't work, accept it and don't inconvenient the customer...
Helpful, courteous and had my product at arms length. Pipe insulation tubing. 8' length to use as pads over my walker's handgrips. 😀

Amazing hidden gem. I got my new keys duplicated here after I spotted this place on my way to Bayard's Hardware. The keys work well and it was very affordable ($1 per key). He studied my key and gave me the quote. Quick and easy. Cash only.
