I am fairly certain that this company is a scam, and after reading that several other people had my same experience of being charged for a vehicle that was never provided to them, I'm almost certain that it is. Of you're looking for a last minute rental car like I was, I would absolutely avoid renting from this company, unless you want to have a $500 charge on your card while they refuse to find another vehicle for you. They also blocked my number so I can't even contact their customer service anymore. Go with any other legitimate rental car company and save yourself the trouble of dealing with a scam company.

This company stole my money. I paid for a car that they said was no longer available. Any other rental place in that situation would provide you with a different vehicle at no additional charge. I've called them 40 times and no one will actually talk to me. Their text message communication is functionally useless if you have a real issue that needs to be resolved. They don't even answer their emergency line. This is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I have had some pretty awful ones with other companies. Save yourself the time and money and look anywhere else for a rental car.

I waited about a year to write a review to let everything totally sink in. We rented a Model Y Long Range for our Honeymoon. It was a 2022 Model (not what the pictures showed) so we had about 100 miles range LESS than expected. The car was also delivered with a crack in the windshield, not cleaned, and at about 18% charge. We also paid extra for Full Self-Driving, and the car didn't even have FSD for the first 2 days. During the drive down to Texas, the car malfunctioned and the cabin Camera for FSD broke, and coukd no longer use FSD for about a week. We finally got it repaired (missing some stuff we had scheduled on our Honeymoon because they didn't want to swap cars for us) and paid the repair cost out of pocket. After all of that FSD finally worked and a few days later we came back home. Getting home, the "charge account" wasn't being paid (handled by TeslaRents) and we kept getting stuck at charging stations, unable to charge the car to keep going home. They kept assuring me this "would be the last time" and it happened a total of 3 times. Finally when we got home they offered me THREE extra days (when we had a week of no FSD that we PAID EXTRA FOR) and NO extra miles. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Horrible company. They say they take out all the bad part of car sharing that Turo has and it’s not true. They say they pre scan the renter NOT TRUE. They say they have ample coverage for damages not true.

Multiple occasions where renters decided to park the car somewhere and leave the car and I had to Reposses the car. They said they would reimburse me and they didn’t. They need to be sending tow trucks at their own expense and Reposses cars.

The final blow was when one of my cars got into an accident and they promised to pay for the damages in 2-4 bussiness days. Took weeks and weeks of my badgering them for the reimbursement for them to pay.

Then a few weeks later another car was rented and crashed. They DO NOT SCREEN RENTERS WELL.

They aren’t a reliable legitimate company that I would rely on to a car worth more than $10 on. Don’t trust them and stick to turo.

They aren’t better than turo and definitely not worth risking your car on their platform.

Turo isn’t great either but at least they respond and will pay when needed and have proper Insurnace coverage.

Rented a Cybertruck from EON TeslaRents for 2 days and had an amazing experience. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The rental process was smooth, and the customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend EON TeslaRents for anyone looking to rent a Tesla or EV!
