I recently had my car repaired at the Collision Lab, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Alex was incredibly helpful, he took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations.
I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Mike. They went above and beyond for me during a really stressful situation. I was stuck on the side of the highway after being rear-ended, and they actually pulled over to help me
From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely had my back. The driver who hit me was being difficult and didn’t want to provide information, but Alex and Mike stepped in with confidence and experience, making sure I got everything I needed.
Not only did they help me handle the situation, but they also took great care of my car in a fast and timely manner.

Jay and Mike are honestly the best dudes i have ever dealt with when it comes to car towing and repair. They helped me every step of the way after my cars were hit in the middle of the night. They were honest, very quick to respond and they kept their promises on the help i would get through insurance. I would not deal with any other towing/repair shop going forward, I will always call these guys when im in any type of car situation. Thank you Jay, Mike and all of Collision Lab !!!!
