TPG is one of the best agencies in NYC!! It is top tier. Agent, Lisa Price and her team has been the best support system I could’ve asked for. She has gotten me in front of casting directors I never could’ve imagined. She’s an honest definition of a boss woman who will make you shine. This Agency has helped me book work as consistently as possible despite strikes and pandemic and every opportunity we’ve secured has been better than the last. She’s kind loving and treats everyone at tpg like family.! I am truly blessed and lucky to have found this agency.I had to submit to The Price Group three or four times but when they finally brought me in for a meeting, it ended with a contract so if it first they don’t reply to your submission or your meeting doesn’t end in an offer, just keep trying!
This agency is not well connected and does not have any contacts in the industry! Lisa Price will not be able to make you a star or get you any gigs that will further your career. She will use you as an intern at no pay to work in her very small, outdated office with the promise of future gigs. She uses manipulation to get thing for free regularly.
All of the google reviews are old and fake. If she were able to hook people up with gigs she would have more current reviews.
She used our company to send flowers and did not want to spend the amount needed to get the flowers she wanted. Instead, she opted for and arrangement that a young man would send his girlfriend. Then she complained and tried to get them for free.
When I called her small-outdated office, her unpaid intern answered the phone. Later she had an unpaid intern call me back on a speakerphone while she listened in and told him what to say. Eventually she grabbed the telephone and spoke to me herself. We made an agreement regarding the flowers. She did not follow through and has not lived up to the agreement. This is how she conducts her business. She is not a woman of her word.
There are so many successful talent agencies in NYC. Please use someone else.
