Shoutouts to my girl Kim! She was absolutely amazing! Super sweet, conversational, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She had me laughing the whole time and made the experience feel comfortable and genuine. Great energy, great customer service, and overall just a really good vibe. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had!
With so many cannabis locations now open in NYC, it is always a pleasure to visit this one. It is easily accessible and the staff is friendly. Joe is always pleasant and super knowledgeable. I never feel rushed because he takes his time to explain different strains and he never pressures me to make a purchase. This will always be my go to location!
Hi I stopped in today to pick up my favorite gummies. They were sold out. Caprice(please forgive me if I’m spelling your name wrong) said that he might have something else I might like. I said No. I’ve tried a bunch and this is the one I like but show me. He showed me a new one. I told him that I don’t understand anything about the different mixtures but he explained why he liked it and what the different ingredients meant. I bought them. He was so informative and knowledgeable. I found everyone was so nice. From being greeted when I came in to being thanked on the way out. Get store. Super knowledgable staff. I highly recommend.
