I called to ask whether he accepted my insurance, and he was extremely rude. He yelled at me, ‘I told you I don’t accept this insurance!’ and then hung up on me. I was shocked because I only asked a simple question, and I only asked it once.
I’ve visited Dr. Wu over the last decade for many sprains and muscular issues related to a career in ballet. Every time I leave pleased and I always recommend him to my friends!
Dr. Wu is excellent, kind and welcoming. I am not Asian and was met with respect and compassion. He checked me and confidently said he could help me within three sessions. In those three sessions my quality of life increased dramatically! Thanks to his care and skill I was able to recover in many ways, to the extent that I was able to start working out again and push myself to new levels of fitness.
He is very straight to the point, but do not let that make you think he is rude. He is very benevolent and humble, to the extent where he wouldn’t even let me tip him for his services! He changed my life for the better, I’ll always wish him success 👍🏽
Dr. Wu is an amazing healer. I have had a couple of very different health issues that Dr. Wu has helped me get rid of. He is both very kind and very frank—dedicated to helping people. I have recommended him to many friends and it’s always been appreciated.
If I could give Dr. Wu 10 stars, I would. He is truly the best in his field with the ability to understand your pain, even with minimal info, and he has a wonderfully kind, happy (sometimes silly) demeanor. Each session, he uses a combination of acupuncture, cupping, and meridian massage in a very no-frills office space. He has drastically improved my quality of life where past chiropractors and masseuses could not. Previously, I suffered from chronic pain since I was young, and other doctors could only provide temporary relief. I was at a point where I was seeing a chiropractor once per week. With Dr. Wu, I see him once every 3+ months as “maintenance” or during a random flare-up, and I have been a loyal patient for over 3 years. I've also referred many friends.
As of 2022, he charges $65 cash-only and appointments are primarily walk-in (he might give you a general time frame at best if you call ahead).
