It pains me to leave a negative review on a company, but this one is well warranted. Viventium software was built very well, and is quite robust. Beauty product! Unfortunately that is where it starts and ends. ZERO customer service at all. Completely non existent. Even worse, they are not transparent with their pricing. They will raise rates without proper notifications, and charge your account without proper notification. Stay away.
Using Viventium is super easy and intuitive, helping our company process payroll, onboard new hires, and track important HR data. The implementation process was amazing, getting us up and running in only 2 weeks. Their team uploaded all of our employee and company data, taught us how to run the software, then was there to support our use anytime we needed assistance. Just today I had a question about a payroll issue and was walked through how to correct it over the phone by a very knowledgeable customer service rep.
Viventium allows our employees to update their personal and tax data, view accrued and request use of sick time, see all pay stubs and W2s in a very handy app. One of the features that really sold our business on Viventium is the quality of data that is put onto the paystubs. Previous payroll vendors' software generated pay stubs that our employees constantly had questions about; Viventium's stubs show not just hours and rates, but lists each shift idividually, with date, HIPAA compliant client name, time in and out of shift, length of shift, rate paid and total paid for that shift. It has significantly cut down on the questions employees have about their pay, which certainly lends to an overall higher employee satisfaction.
I use Viventium for payroll and recruiting (through Apploi)! The interface is really user friendly and has a modern, yet clean look. I haven't had an issue that couldn't be solved with a review of the library of articles or assistance from Tech Support. This is a great segue to say if you think you like the system you'll love Tech Support. They are knowledgeable, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your problem is solved. We love using the system and access to all the information/resources available to us through their ecosystem.
Viventium is an excellent payroll software—clear, intuitive, and easy to use. The platform is well-designed, making payroll processing simple and efficient. What truly sets Viventium apart is its outstanding customer service. Whenever we have a question, their support team is always fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It’s great to have a payroll system that we can rely on with confidence. Highly recommend!
I recently started my business and have been using Viventium for my payroll. They have been a great partner! Their system is easy to use and are always very helpful when I call in with questions. If you need a payroll solution, I'd recommend them!
