I had such an exceptional experience with Dr. Julia Tzu and her team, especially Amber at the front desk.
Dr. Tzu is truly in a league of her own—her level of expertise, precision, and attention to detail immediately stand out. She takes the time to thoroughly assess your skin and explain everything in a way that feels both professional and reassuring. You can tell she genuinely cares about delivering results while maintaining the health and integrity of your skin. I felt completely confident in her hands, and the outcome exceeded my expectations.
Amber, her receptionist, is just as incredible. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely organized. She made the entire process seamless—whether it was scheduling, answering questions, or making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a kind and personable approach.
The entire experience felt elevated, efficient, and thoughtfully curated. If you’re looking for top-tier dermatologic care with a team that truly values their patients, I can’t recommend Dr. Tzu and Amber enough.
Dr.Zhu is the best and I highly recommend her. I’ve only been to her for medical issues and not cosmetic (yet), but she’s incredibly professional and thorough. I work between DC and NY and make it a point to book any derm appointments during my time in NY. She helped me with a sudden flare of eczema recently, and explained triggers and my treatment plan in detail.
I been seeing another dermatologist for over 2 years and in less than a month Dr. Tzu care has heal my face more than any other doctor. I am so grateful Dr Tzu has given me my confidence back and I am truly bless to find her practice. I would recommend Dr. Tzu to anyone that is dealing with derm issues.
