I recently visited a newly opened car wash and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility looked modern, clean, and very well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the quality of service they provide. The staff greeted customers politely and explained the available wash packages clearly, making the process smooth and convenient.
A cashier charged my card 3 times for an oil change, then said out loud that I had insufficient funds, the mistake was on the business and its cashier register/debit machine which printed no receipts. This caused the cashier to believe they had not been paid. This place took almost $600 off my card, that I am still battling with bank to get back. The cashier only stopped swiping my card once I logged into my bank app and showed her the charges. Terrible inconvenience. I do not recommend swiping your debit or credit cards in their machines.
Paid $27+ for wash, vacuum and tire shine plus wanted to charge extra to have mats washed. Rims, glass and body still had dirt marks. The guys didn't dry outside and didn't clean none of windows or windshield on the interior. I was so disssappointed. For that price I could have gone to one of the independent once on side of road, same price and more service. At least I would have got my mats washed.
A terrible experience. Today I visited for the first time for an oil change on my vehicle. I greatly respect the professionalism of the mechanic who helped me with the oil change and explained what was necessary to keep the vehicle in better condition. They offered a free car wash with the oil change, just like other car washes and lube shops, so I asked how much more I needed to pay for a full wash. One of the workers in the washing area told me $14.00: $10.00 for an exterior shine and $4.00 for carpet cleaning. I agreed to pay the $14.00. Then, when I realized they weren't applying the shine to the vehicle, I asked another employee in the drying area for an explanation. He told me they wouldn't apply the shine due to the cold and freezing weather conditions. Reasonably, I said that was fine. When I went to the cashier, she wanted to charge me $14.00. I explained that they hadn't applied the shine to the vehicle and therefore I thought I should only pay the $4.00 for the carpet cleaning. The cashier, a young woman with a bad attitude, ignored me and radioed the same worker who had told me they wouldn't apply the shine. In the end, the cashier and the worker from the drying area couldn't give me an explanation as to why they wanted to charge me the $10.00. After that, with a bad attitude, the worker opened the door and yelled at the other workers to leave my vehicle as it was, without cleaning the exterior, interior, or carpets, for which I had paid the $4.00. In conclusion, they showed me a bad attitude because I complained and didn't pay for something they didn't do. My vehicle was only washed, but nothing else was cleaned.
Yesterday, around 4 PM, I visited your establishment to have my car’s oil changed. I want to acknowledge the mechanic who assisted me – they were extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The service provided was excellent, and I truly appreciated the professionalism.
However, I did have an unpleasant experience with the woman working at the cash register. While waiting, I sat on a massage chair since most of the regular seating was occupied. The massage chair has a sensor that triggers a beeping sound when someone is sitting on it, which I mistakenly thought was coming from one of the cars. Without warning, the woman at the register yelled across the entire establishment, embarrassing me in front of others. As a paying customer who spent over $100, I felt this behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful.
Such interactions could potentially impact the loyalty of customers who might otherwise return. I would suggest providing this employee with further customer service training or professional development, as her conduct reflects poorly on what was otherwise a positive experience with your service team.
To add, there was no apology offered when I left, which only further compounded my frustration.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration so that future customers have a more respectful and enjoyable experience.
